Refund Eligibility

2. Course Access: You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. If you have viewed more than 10% of the course, you are not eligible for a refund.
3. Payment Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include Information: In the email, provide the following information:
   • Your full name.
   • Registered e-mail ID.
   • Registered Date
   • The name of the course for which you are requesting a refund.
   • A detailed reason for your refund request.
3. Attach Purchase Receipt: Attach a copy of your purchase receipt for verification.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving your refund request, our dedicated team will review it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Please allow for a processing period of 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the course purchase.

Exceptions

Kindly note that the following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

1. Exceeding Access Limit: Refund requests for courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed.
2. Course Completion: Refund requests for courses that have been fully completed.
3. Third-Party Purchases: Refund requests for courses purchased through third-party platforms or retailers. In such cases, please contact the respective platform or retailer directly for their refund policies.
